Is it really £10 per user, per month - flat?
Yes. Every user pays the same £10/month and gets every feature DuoApp offers. No "Pro" or "Enterprise" tiers, no per-feature add-ons, no surprise upgrades.
Can I add and remove users whenever I want?
Yes. Add a new starter and they're billed pro-rata for the rest of the month. Remove a leaver and the next bill drops automatically. Most teams flex up and down across the year - that's normal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes - 14 days, full platform. We'll help you get your first project set up if you'd like a hand.
Do you charge for projects, invoices, or storage?
No. Projects, invoices, approvals and document storage are unlimited on the standard plan. Pay for seats, nothing else.
What about VAT?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK businesses will see standard 20% VAT added on the invoice.
How does billing work when team size changes?
We bill monthly based on your active seat count. Add a new starter mid-month and they're charged pro-rata for the days they were active. Remove a leaver and the next bill drops automatically. No reconciliations, no surprises - you only ever pay for the seats you're actually using.
Can subcontractors and clients be added at the same rate?
Yes. Subcontractors, clients and suppliers are added as full users at the same flat £10/user/month - no separate guest tier, no special rules, the same access controls apply. Everyone on the project sees the same DuoApp.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from the billing screen - no phone calls, no notice period. You'll keep access until the end of your paid period.
Do you offer onboarding or training?
Yes - every team gets a free onboarding session with a real person who walks you through setting up your first project, importing your team, and connecting your existing tools. No charge.
