Microsoft Entra ID

Your team signs in to DuoApp with their Microsoft work account - on the web and in the mobile app - with your organisation's MFA and Conditional Access. Automatic provisioning (SCIM 2.0) adds people when IT assigns them in Entra and switches off their access when IT removes them, keeping their history in DuoApp. Available on request while we roll it out.

Is it really £10 per user, per month - flat?
Yes. Every user pays the same £10/month and gets every feature DuoApp offers. No "Pro" or "Enterprise" tiers and no surprise upgrades. The optional extras are the Accountancy Integration add-on (£10/month + VAT), if you want to connect your accounting package, and the Microsoft Entra ID add-on (£250/month + VAT), if you want Microsoft single sign-on and automatic user provisioning.
Can I add and remove users whenever I want?
Yes. Add a new starter and they're billed pro-rata for the rest of the month. Remove a leaver and the next bill drops automatically. Most teams flex up and down across the year - that's normal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes - 14 days, full platform. We'll help you get your first project set up if you'd like a hand.
Do you charge for projects, invoices, or storage?
No. Projects, invoices, approvals and document storage are unlimited on the standard plan. Pay for seats - plus any add-on, only if you switch it on.
Is there anything extra to pay for?
Only if you choose it. The Accountancy Integration add-on costs £10 per month + VAT, and the Microsoft Entra ID add-on (Microsoft single sign-on and user provisioning) costs £250 per month + VAT. Each add-on is added as a separate line on your monthly DuoApp invoice and collected with it by Direct Debit. You're charged for each calendar month in which an add-on is switched on - whole months, not pro-rata - and add-ons aren't charged during your free trial. What about VAT?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK businesses will see standard 20% VAT added on the invoice.
How does billing work when team size changes?
We bill monthly based on your active seat count. Add a new starter mid-month and they're charged pro-rata for the days they were active. Remove a leaver and the next bill drops automatically. No reconciliations, no surprises - you only ever pay for the seats you're actually using.
Can subcontractors and clients be added at the same rate?
Yes. Subcontractors, clients and suppliers are added as full users at the same flat £10/user/month - no separate guest tier, no special rules, the same access controls apply. Everyone on the project sees the same DuoApp.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from the billing screen - no phone calls, no notice period. You'll keep access until the end of your paid period.
Do you offer onboarding or training?
Yes - every team gets a free onboarding session with a real person who walks you through setting up your first project, importing your team, and connecting your existing tools. No charge.
