Create, duplicate, edit and delete as many uniquely-named QC checklist templates as you need, from Admin > Quality Control.
Templates by fixing stage
Assign any number of active templates to each fixing stage, and use one template on several stages. When a stage has more than one, the operative picks the checklist when they start the QC. A stage with no active template has no QC.
Single or multiple QCs per stage
A new setting on the Quality Control feature card: Single QC per fixing stage (the default, as today) or Multiple per fixing stage. With multiple, completed QCs are listed in a history table on the plot's QC page - open, view or download the PDF of any of them, and start another. Plot status shows the count, e.g. Complete (3).
Offline QC on the mobile app
Every active checklist downloads to the device, the template picker works with no signal, and several QCs can be filled in offline and sync when you're back online. Duplicates from two devices are kept and flagged rather than lost.
Your existing checklists carry over
Current checklists, including any changes you've made, become the active template for each fixing stage automatically - nothing to set up. Included on every plan with Quality Control. See Quality Control
Site Attendance: Live tracking

An optional Site Attendance extra for companies that need to know where their people are during the working day. Battery-friendly background updates every 10 to 30 minutes, only within the core hours and working days you set, and paused on approved leave.
Locate everyone
One tap requests a precise, up-to-date location from every tracked phone, with breadcrumb trails on the live map. Core hours only, and every request is audited.
Staff acknowledgement register
Staff see a plain-English notice in the mobile app and acknowledge it before any tracking starts. See exactly who has acknowledged, declined or not yet responded, and export the register.
DPIA review
Live tracking is switched on only after your company submits a data protection impact assessment and DuoApp has reviewed it. The ICO template and the facts about DuoApp are ready to copy in.

A company library of reusable plot templates - name, code, tenure, bedrooms, floor area, tags and task lines by stage, priced from your price list. Save any plot as a house type, or duplicate one as another tenure.
Add plots from a house type
Add 1 to 500 plots to any draft or live project in one go, with automatic plot naming, block and level placement, and a live preview of the value being added.
Estimator
Build a what-if price for a whole development: house types, quantities, phases, uplifts, rate overrides, and prelims, overheads, profit, contingency or discount as a percentage or lump sum. Live totals, average per plot, £/m², charts, autosave, undo and redo, revisions with side-by-side compare, and a Draft, Sent, Accepted or Declined pipeline with your win rate.
Materials
Optional, entered by hand: per-plot material lines on each house type (description, quantity, unit and unit cost) and site-wide materials such as skip hire or access, with a separate materials markup that's folded into the material prices and never shown on the client PDF. Materials are priced on the estimate; projects continue to track labour.
Client quotes and internal models
Model a scheme or a past job as an internal model - no approval steps, kept out of the pipeline and win rate, and a PDF watermarked INTERNAL MODEL.
Estimate from a project
Rebuild any past or current project as an estimate: plots grouped by house type (variants kept apart), blocks as phases, priced as on the project or from today's price list.
Estimate PDF and Excel
A branded estimate PDF with a LABOUR ONLY banner that switches to LABOUR & MATERIALS automatically when materials are added, a pricing summary, plot schedule, optional full task breakdown and charts, inclusions, exclusions and assumptions, configurable VAT wording, a CIS note, a validity date and an acceptance block. Excel export in two versions: a client version that matches the PDF, and an internal build-up with labour, uplifts, adjustments, materials cost and markup.
Create project
Create a draft project from any draft, sent or accepted estimate in one click - blocks per phase, plots, tasks and agreed rates created for you. Creating a project from an unaccepted client quote marks it accepted.
Estimate vs actual
An Actuals view on any estimate linked to a project compares estimated labour with the project's current value, claimed and overspend, by house type and stage. Labour only. See Estimator & House Types
